Outbreak of bacterial blight in paddy crop

20 July 2023, New Delhi: Indian Agriculture Research Institute has advised farmers on the treatment of bacterial blight in paddy crops – 

Make a solution of 500 grams of copper oxychloride in 200 liters of water and spray at the rate of 1 acre. Make a solution of 40 grams of Streptocycline in 200 liters of water and sprinkle it at the rate of 1 acre after seven days in the crop and spray again after 10-15 days.
