Outbreak of leaf-eating insect seen in soybean crop

20 July 2023, New Delhi: Indian Institute of Soybean Research – Indore has advised the farmers to protect the soybean crop from the attack of leaf-eating insects.

Protection from leaf-eating insects in soybean –

Where the crop is 15-20 days old, apply Chlorantraniliprole 18.5 SC in the soybean crop before flowering to protect it from leaf-eating insects. Spray (150 ml/ha). This will provide protection from leaf-eating insects for the next 30 days.
