Next instalment of PM-Kisan to be given to farmers on 17th October 2022
28 September 2022, New Delhi: Farmers have been waiting to receive the 12th installment of the PM-Kisan yojana. The installment is usually received during the start of the quarter but this time the installment has been delayed. The delay was majorly due to the incorrect data and incomplete KYC in the farmer database. As per sources, the database has now been corrected and the instalment is ready to be sent to farmers account.
The source also told that the 12th installment will be credited to farmers account on 17th October 2022 by PM Modi in an agriculture startup event scheduled to be organised in New Delhi. The preparations of the event are under way and this is the only time that PM Modi will be able to address the farmers in a live session.
