20 July 2023, New Delhi: Indian Institute of Soybean Research – Indore has advised the farmers to protect the soybean crop from the attack of stem fly pests.
Protection from stem fly pest in soybean-
For the control of stem fly, premixed insecticide Thiomethoxam 12.60%+Lambda Cyhalothrin 09.50% ZC is recommended. (125 ml/ha) or Betacyfluthrin+Imidacloprid (350 ml/ha) or Isocycloceram 9.2 WW.DC (10% W/V) DC (600 ml/ha).
