Advisory For Management Of Mealy Bug in Mango

01 April 2024, New Delhi: The emergence of the mealy bug mostly begins in the first week of January every year. If precautionary measures do not work and the bugs have reached panicles and newly emerging leaves, farmers must take necessary actions for its management in mango orchards. 

If nymphs have already started ascending on the tree, spray with Carbosulfan 25 EC @ 2 ml / 1 of water.
