Syngenta announces movements in its leadership in Brazil

05 February 2022Brazil: Aligned with the commitment to be the most innovative and collaborative agribusiness company, Syngenta Crop Protection announces a new leadership of its distribution platform (Atua Agro and Dipagro), ensuring the alignment of this initiative with the current access model, based on the reciprocity of our network of distributors and cooperatives.

At the head of the management of this strategic platform, the company announces André Savino, current Head of Marketing Brazil, as General Director of this structure, reporting to Juan Pablo Llobet, director for LATAM Crop Protection.

With this change, Syngenta appoints André Pozza as the new Head of Marketing Brazil, from March 3, also under the leadership of Juan Pablo Llobet.

André Savino holds a degree in agronomy from São Paulo State University – UNESP, an MBA from the Dom Cabral Foundation and specializations from the universities of Purdue and Insead. Savino has built a career of many achievements at Syngenta, having gone through the Commercial and Marketing areas, until assuming the position of Head of Marketing.

André Pozza holds a degree in agronomy from the State University of Northern Paraná (UENP) with an MBA from the Dom Cabral Foundation and specializations at the universities of Insead and Columbia. Pozza returns to Syngenta to continue his successful career, where he has worked, in Brazil and Europe, in the Commercial and Marketing areas. Last year, Pozza served as Business Director of Lavoro Agro.
