Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan’s decision in the interest of farmers
26 December, 2020, Bhopal, IN: Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the state government has taken decisions to make the benefits of new agricultural laws more easily accessible to farmers. Now the contract form between the farmer and the purchasing company, trader or person will be preserved as a document in the subdivisional magistrate’s revenue office. So that the farmer cannot be cheated in any way.

Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan said that a proforma is being prepared by the state government for the contract. In which the signature of the farmer and crop purchasing company representative, businessman or person will be signed and this form will be kept safe in the office of the subdivisional magistrate.
Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan said that the state government has decided that training will be organized in all 313 Janpad Panchayats of the state to make farmers aware of the nuances of the new agricultural laws and to make the benefits of these laws available to the farmers. So that farmers can get benefit by becoming aware of every aspect of new agricultural laws.
Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan said that implementation has been started in Madhya Pradesh as per the initiative taken by the Central Government for new laws in the interest of farmers. In various districts, the work of getting remunerative prices is being done by the farmers in relation to selling the produce to the mills. The entire effort of the state government is that maximum farmers get their benefits. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s intention to double the income of farmers will be fulfilled. The farmer of Madhya Pradesh is with the Prime Minister. There is no confusion among farmers regarding these laws in Madhya Pradesh.
