25 January 2024, Bengaluru: Hosachiguru, a Bengaluru-based managed farmland company, today announced the expansion with the launch of Aamrut Farms, the closest farmland to Bengaluru which is just 40 km away. Spread across an area of over 18 acres, the project is aimed at premium clientele including CXOs, startup founders, etc. Among the key highlights, the project is seamlessly connected with Bengaluru airport and other important city centers, thereby offering an easy travel window for plot owners. It also features over 15 acres of existing mango trees and an exclusive clubhouse with interconnected experiences among a host of other amenities.

Launched around mid-January 2024, the project has already sold 70% of the plots as an increasing number of homebuyers look for managed farmlands to experience healthy living. Starting from 8,500 – 14,000 square feet, the land parcels are available from Rs 1 crore onwards and the company is planning a couple of more projects this year near Bengaluru.

Aamrut Farms offers a lifestyle closer to nature while still being in close proximity to the city, enabling entrepreneurs and HNI earners such as CXOs, COOs, etc., to own managed farmlands and lead a healthy life. Living among nature helps in reducing stress, improving physical and mental health and overall productivity, which leads to a longer life.

Commenting on the new launch, Srinath Setty, CEO, Hosachiguru, said, “The last few years have witnessed a significant shift in people’s preferences where they are valuing a wellness-focused life. Identifying this shift in the market, we are excited about our new launch and the tremendous response to one of our most ambitious projects, Aamrut Farms. With well-curated farmlands and state-of-the-art amenities such as picketed fencing, herb garden, sacred grove, and exclusive clubhouse among many, offering our clients a unique community living experience closer to nature.”

He added” It offers them access to premium farmlands to grow their own fruit orchards and relish mango symphony in their farms while still being in close proximity to the city, making it a win-win investment for them. The project is also ideal for investors looking to tap into the fast-growing nature economy in Bengaluru. We have a healthy pipeline of projects over the next few years as we witness a consistent demand for managed farmlands in the city”.

Last August, the company launched Samruddhi Farms, its 20th managed farmlands on the outskirts of Bengaluru. With this new launch, Hosachiguru currently has over 1,018 acres of land under management which it aims to develop over the next few years.

The concept of managed farmlands offers a hassle-free and cost-effective option to experience farm life where buyers can choose from well-curated farm plots that are secure and sustainably managed by an expert team of agriculturists.

Located towards North & South Bengaluru, Managed Farmlands by Hosachiguru are fertile land parcels that are divided into smaller farm plots of 0.25 acre, 0.5 acres, and 1-acre dimensions; enabling city dwellers to own farmland, grow life and cherish the true farm life experience, in a 100% hassle-free and convenient manner. Farmlands are eco-friendly, driven by the mission to regenerate a sustainable world in partnership with our co-farmers, using purely natural farming methods. This means zero chemicals are used, intelligent land and water management techniques are in place, and biodiversity is protected. Their farming methods act as a retreat for you and Earth alike – a place for soil, water, co-farmers, and all living beings to relax, rejuvenate and refresh themselves.
