ICAR-CRIDA organizes Awareness Campaign on “Efficient and Balanced Use of Fertilizers (including Nano-fertilizers)”
23 June 2022, New Delhi: The Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Rangareddy District, ICAR-Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture, Hyderabad organized an Awareness Programme and National Campaign on “Efficient and Balanced Use of Fertilizers (including Nano-fertilizers)” at Rythu Vedika, Akuthotapally Village, Amangal Mandal of RR District today.
Dr. K. Sammireddy, Head, DRM highlighted the challenges in agriculture with regard to the major, secondary and micro-nutrients and their importance in improving the crop yield in the different agro-climatic conditions.
Mr. Chandranna, District Manager, IFFCO, Rangareddy District, Telangana briefed about the advantages of use of the Nano Liquid Urea over Solid Organic Fertilizers.
Around 123 progressive farmers participated in the programme.
