SVG Ventures|THRIVE Announces Global Impact Challenge Finalists!
Winners in four agrifood categories — soil health and biodiversity, increasing food security, reducing and offsetting emissions & water management & quality — will be announced on Nov. 2 at the THRIVE Global Impact Summit.
29 September 2023, US: SVG Ventures|THRIVE, a global agrifood investment and innovation platform today announced the 25 finalists selected to compete in their 2023 Global Impact Challenge. The challenge is a global search for the most innovative startups advancing a more sustainable future for agriculture.
Selected from a pool of over 900 applicants from across 87 countries, the 25 startups- 10 from the US, 3 from Australia, 2 from Canada, 2 from Israel, and one each from Spain, New Zealand, India, Brazil, Poland, Japan, Nigeria and the United Kingdom will attend the THRIVE Global Impact Summit in Silicon Valley on November 2 where they will vie for top honors and recognition.

Centered on four key themes, aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, the challenge aims to support the transition to net-zero by addressing the crucial areas of:
- Soil Health and Biodiversity
- Increasing Food Security and Waste Reduction
- Reducing and Offsetting GHG Emissions
- Water Management and Quality
A distinguished panel of over 40 industry experts from THRIVE’s extensive global network participated in the evaluation and selection process. Finalist companies selected:

The THRIVE Global Impact Summit offers invaluable networking opportunities, insightful panel discussions, and inspiring keynote addresses from prominent industry leaders focused on groundbreaking innovations and their global impact.
