16 October 2023, Israel: We are deeply shocked by Hamas’ terrorist attack on Israel on the morning of Saturday, October 7th, leading to the tragic loss of life, an unprecedented number of injured, and the abduction of young children, women and the elderly. Israel has been thrust into a state of war in the aftermath of these events.

As an Israeli-based company with several manufacturing sites in the country, ADAMA’s immediate priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of its people, their families, and the communities in which it operates. ADAMA is taking measures to ensure essential resources and assistance to those affected during these challenging times.

Steve Hawkins, President and CEO of ADAMA: “Our hearts go out to all those affected by the ongoing situation in Israel. We stand in solidarity with our people in Israel. Witnessing the remarkable spirit of our people, we take pride in the way our ADAMA family has united to support one another, volunteering, opening up their homes, donating needed supplies and more. We also stand with the many farmers and their families in southern Israel who lost their lives and whose fields have been destroyed.”

On the ground, ADAMA is continuing the production in its manufacturing sites in Israel and globally. ADAMA is dedicated to ensuring its customers receive the products they need in a timely manner. If, due to a special event, a certain product cannot be temporarily produced or supplied, ADAMA will proactively communicate this in advance to prevent any inconvenience to its customers. We do not expect this to have a material impact on ADAMA’s ability to support its markets or on ADAMA’s consolidated financial results, at this time.

ADAMA continues to monitor the situation closely and will continue to support its people through these difficult times.
