10 May2023, Canada: Acadian Plant Health™ today announced it has officially become a GLOBALG.A.P. community member, to advance the principles of safe, socially and environmentally responsible farming practices around the globe through collaboration, exchange, and dialogue.
“At Acadian Plant Health we’re committed to being a responsible and sustainable stakeholder in agriculture value chains.” says Guillaume Lefranc, Global Food Chain Manager, Acadian Plant Health. “We are already engaged with several GLOBALG.A.P. members both up and down the value chains, so joining the community ourselves was a natural next step.”
GLOBALG.A.P. is the worldwide leading certification body for fresh produce, focused on making value chains safer with rigorous standards and establishing trust between producers, farmers, and corporate food buyers.
As a GLOBALG.A.P. community member, Acadian Plant Health will contribute to agriculture industry standards and work alongside like-minded stakeholders towards environmental objectives with the company’s regenerative seaweed-based extracts, which can more sustainably improve crop farming in the future.
