20 July 2023, New Delhi: Mainly suitable for cultivation in Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, and the National Capital Region of Delhi. Highly suitable for September sowing in North Eastern and Eastern states, it fits well in rice fallows of NER & E regions.

Salient Feature

The average seed yield of this variety is 17.5 q/ha with 40% oil content in its seeds. It takes about 118 days to mature.
