Chickpea Variety GNG 2461

25 September 2023, New Delhi: GNG 2461 Is an Open Pollinated Variety Of Chickpea recommended for sale in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi North western and Rajasthan, Western Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian Government after consultation with the Central Seed Committee has released the variety. The notification was released by Pankaj Yadav, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare on 25th September 2023.
