UPL enters into agreement with Agrospec to access key active ingredients

01 August 2020, Mumbai: UPL has entered into a commercial agreement with Agrospec, Chile to access key active ingredients for the development of their commercial strategy, aligned with the policy of “high stake molecules”.

UPL entered the Chilean market a year ago and faced difficulties in obtaining registrations of agrochemicals in Chile, which made it very complicated to achieve substantial increases in market share.

UPL will go on to lead the majority of the country’s strategic segments, delivering important innovations to their clients.

With this agreement, Chilean farmers will be able to access high-quality products formulated by UPL in India.
