20 July 2023, New Delhi: Highly suitable for cultivation in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, UP, Uttrakhand, plains of J&K, MP, and Chhattisgarh. It is a low erucic acid (single zero) variety of Indian mustard with wider adaptability.

Salient Feature

The average seed yield in the northwestern plain zone is 21.1 q/ha and in the central zone is 18.6 q/ha, Seeds of this variety has 36% oil. It matures in about 142 days in NWPZ and 133 days in CZ.
