Three new pesticide common names indolauxipyr, icafolin and pyraquinate provisionally approved by ISO

07 February 2023, US: Three new pesticide common names have recently been provisionally approved by ISO.

Indolauxipyr

Indolauxipyr is a picolinic acid herbicide from Corteva Agriscience. Development codes X-263 and X12312263. It will be marketed as an ester, indolauxipyr-cyanomethyl, development codes XDE-521 and XR-521.

Icafolin

Icafolin is a novel isoxazole herbicide from Bayer AG Crop Science. It will be marketed as an ester, icafolin-methyl, development code BCS-CZ37679.

Pyraquinate

Pyraquinate is a benzoylpyrazole herbicide from Liaoning Cynda Chemical Co. Development code CDH18119, Chinese common name 吡唑喹草酯.
