14 November 2024, Kansas: Today, John Deere (NYSE: DE) announced an expansion to its Agriculture & Turf training center and field site near Orlando, Florida. This investment advances the company’s commitment to customer success through the support of John Deere’s world-class dealer channel. The development will support both service and sales training and accommodate virtual training sessions, expanding dealers’ access to training and education so they can provide the highest level of service and support to John Deere customers.

“We know just how important our dealers are to enabling customer success,” said Stephanie Johnson, John Deere Training Manager for the U.S. and Canada. “This project is the latest example of John Deere’s dedication to supporting our dealer network and our customers through investments in training. With more opportunities to learn about the latest innovations, our dealers will be well positioned to serve our customers with improved expertise.”

The unique climate at the Orange County facility and field site allows for year-round field activities, providing dealers access to consistent, comprehensive learning opportunities.
