06 February 2025, Italy: During a meeting held yesterday with Italian Trade Unions, CNH presented the values of the contractual ‘result-based’ bonus, which will be paid out in February 2025 to all of the Company’s eligible employees in Italy. In 2024, this program was also introduced at the Company’s Sampierana sites in Cesena and San Piero in Bagno for the period running from April to December 2024.
The result-based bonuses are based on the performance of each individual production unit during 2024 and are calculated based on employees’ contributions to the Company’s competitiveness and profitability objectives.
CNH production sites (including Sampierana sites) and non-production-related personnel will receive a bonus with gross amounts ranging from €700 to €2,480 following their results relating to productivity, on time delivery and product quality, along with a year-on-year reduction in workplace injuries.
