04 March 2025, Chandigarh: Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Mr. Shyam Singh Rana said for the convenience of farmers of the state, the facility of reporting crop damage is available through Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana and Haryana Kshatipurti Portal.
He said farmers who have registered under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana can contact their concerned Agriculture Officer or call on toll-free number 14447 and register their crop damage report within 72 hours.
At the same time, farmers who are not registered under this scheme can register their loss on the Haryana Kshatipurti Portal. For this, registration on the ‘Meri Fasal, Mera Byora’ portal is mandatory. The Agriculture Minister appealed to such farmers to get registered on the portal as soon as possible.
Mr. Rana urged all the affected farmers to avail the benefits of the government’s assistance schemes by registering their crop damage report within the stipulated time limit.
