12 May 2021, Hefei, Anhui Province: The list of top 100 pesticide companies in 2021 was announced by China Crop Protection Industry Association (CCPIA), where ADAMA, Yangnong and Rainbow ranked top three. ADAMA topped the list with sales of RMB 25.758 billion, Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Co., Ltd ranked second with sales of RMB 9.754 billion and Shandong Rainbow ranked third with sales of RMB 7.236 billion.
The business performance in 2020 reveals total sales of RMB 206.207 billion, which is a year-on-year increase of 12.31%. The entry level to the top 100 was RMB 451 million, an increase of RMB 52 million over last year.
The top 10 sales hit RMB 79.341 billion which is an increase of 12.95% year on year, accounting for 38.48% of the total sales of the top 100. Among the top 100, 64 companies achieved sales of over RMB 1 billion, which is five companies more over last year.
