ADM named as Top Employer Europe 2022

24 January 2022, Switzerland: ADM was named Top Employer Europe 2022 by the Top Employer Institute, recognizing the company’s HR policies and practices, and efforts to engage its employees in diversity, equity & inclusion discussions and its commitment to sustainable practices.

Following certification as a Top Employer in Germany and the UK last year, the global leader in human and animal nutrition received additional recognition for Switzerland, the Netherlands and Spain this year, qualifying ADM as a Top Employer in Europe.

As restrictions caused by the pandemic tightened across our region, we remained focused on providing the latest information, tools and resources for our employees to work safely and effectively,” she concluded.

The Top Employer Institute awards the certificates based on a survey of companies covering topics grouped in six areas: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite. ADM scored high in all these areas, proving itself to be an attractive employer.

In 2021, the company scaled-up its European trainee program for Merchandising, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Operations and secured a pipeline of graduates with an equal share of women. In addition, the company hosted its first Women’s Leadership Summit for 150 female leaders in the EMEA region with the goal to empower them to keep advancing in their careers and continue expanding the pipeline of female talent. In 2021, ADM also conducted its third Global Week of Understanding to deepen employee knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion topics and build meaningful connections amongst colleagues.
