02 June 2022, New Delhi: Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited has confirmed the sale of Company’s fertilizer plant at Goa and associated businesses of the Company to Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) on slump sale basis pursuant to the Business Transfer Agreement executed by the Company with PPL on 1st March, 2021 (“BTA”) has been consummated with effect from 06:00 hours on June 01, 2022.
The announcement was made by the company secretary on 1st June 2022.
