09 April 2025, New Delhi: Zuari Management Services Limited (ZMSL), the transformation and consulting division of Adventz, has secured a landmark assignment to lead the digital overhaul of one of India’s largest chemical and fertilizer manufacturing sites, which accounts for a revenue footprint exceeding ₹13,000 crore.
In this significant engagement, ZMSL will design and roll out state-of-the-art Business Intelligence Cockpits that will empower real-time, data-led decision-making across production, utility, and operational functions. The initiative aims to provide enterprise-wide visibility, improve agility in processes, and deliver intelligent, scalable solutions across the value chain.

The transformation journey will unfold in two key phases. The first phase involves a comprehensive diagnostic review of critical production units, followed by an eight-month execution roadmap. This next stage will integrate cloud and on-premises infrastructure, connect ERP systems, and deploy next-generation BI frameworks — all while ensuring uninterrupted operations of existing legacy systems.
