Strobilurins (QoI Fungicides): Uses, Chemical & Trade Names, Mode of Action, and Target Diseases
08 February 2025, New Delhi: Strobilurins, also called QoI fungicides, are systemic and translaminar fungicides. They inhibit mitochondrial electron transport, specifically at cytochrome bc1, disrupting energy production in fungi.

- Kresoxim-methyl – Ergon
Mode of Action
Strobilurins function by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration, effectively halting fungal growth.
