Meghmani Organics Limited acquires Kilburn Chemicals
28 December 2021, Mumbai: Meghmani Organics Limited (MOL), a leading agro-chemical manufacturing Company with significant presence worldwide announced the acquisition of Kilburn Chemicals for INR 132 crores (including INR 12.5 crore towards equity subscription).
MOL is the largest manufacturer of Phthalocyanine pigment in India and this acquisition would give opportunity to increase its product basket by foraying into manufacturing of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2).
Meghmani Organics manufacturers Pigments and Agrochemicals in India and have a focus on delivering quality products backed by Research and Development.
