Mefenoxam: A Fungicide for Controlling Oomycete Diseases
20 January 2025, New Delhi: Mefenoxam is a systemic fungicide used to control diseases caused by Oomycetes, such as downy mildew, root rot, and blight. It is absorbed by plant roots and translocated to other parts of the plant to protect against fungal infections.
It is commonly used in crops such as potatoes, tomatoes, and grapes.
