Dharmaj Crop Guard launches insecticide ‘Regiment’ in India

27 December 2022, New Delhi: Dharmaj Crop Guard launched a new insecticide product ‘Regiment’ (Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% w/w SC) for the Indian market last week.

Chlorantraniliprole (CTPR) provides an effective and long duration of insect control with its unique mode of action in crops like sugarcane, rice, soybean, pulses, and vegetables by controlling all Lepidoptera and other species. It is also toxic to insect eggs, larvae, and pupae on contact. CTPR has an excellent bottom-up intake and transportation in plants and effectively penetrates plants from root to stem.

Dharmaj Crop Guard went public last month with a fixed the price band at ₹216 to ₹237 per equity share for its maiden public offer. The company is led by its Chairman and Managing Director, Rameshbhai Ravajibhai Talavia who has over 28 years of experience in the agrochemical industry. It also exports its products to more than 25 countries across Latin America, East African Countries, the Middle East, and Far East Asia.
