CIBRC submits proposal to revise registration fee for pesticides in India

27 January 2022, New Delhi: As per the direction of the competent authority, the in-house group of officers of Central Insecticide Board and Registration Committee (CIB & RC) have submitted a proposal for revision of registration fee for pesticides under various categories, keeping in view of the complexity, level, nature of application, level of disposal of the application and to promote the quality Bio-pesticides registration. The proposal has been conveyed to Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, New Delhi for concurrence and the competent authority has desired to seek comments of stakeholders on the proposal.

The stakeholders are requested to submit their comments on the proposed revised fee structure within 30 day period from the date of release of the notice.
