22 June 2021, Gwalior: As part of its social responsibility, UPL Limited has established an oxygen unit outside the trauma center at Jairogya Hospital, Gwalior, which was inaugurated by Mr. Narendra Singh Tomar, Union Agriculture Minister recently. On behalf of UPL Limited, Dr. Om S Tyagi, Vice President (Corporate Affairs) and Mr. Manoj Awasthi (Zonal Sales Manager) were present on the occasion.
Mr. Tomar said that it is my duty to serve you by sitting at the place where people have made me sit. I am not doing any favor by giving the equipment, I am just performing my duty. Earlier, the Union Agriculture Minister gifted medical equipment to Jiwaji University, which would benefit 8 districts including Gwalior. The truck laden with medical equipment was flagged off by Mr. Tomar.
