PMFAI’s 21st International Crop Science Conference & Exhibition (ICSCE 2025) Held in Dubai
28 January 2025, Dubai: The 21st edition of the prestigious International Crop Science Conference & Exhibition (ICSCE 2025) was successfully held on 21st and 22nd January at Le Meridien Hotel & Conference Centre in Dubai. The event, organized by PMFAI, drew more than 1,000 delegates from across the globe, including representatives from over 30 countries.
The two-day event kicked off with an inaugural address by PMFAI President Mr. Pradip Dave, who highlighted the significance of the event in advancing the agrochemical industry, particularly its role in ensuring global food security. “With the growing global population, increasing food production is paramount, and India plays a vital role in this endeavor,” he said. Mr. Dave also emphasized ICSCE’s contribution to boosting exports and fostering the development of the Indian agrochemical sector.
The conference featured various presentations and discussions on key topics, including the future of India’s agrochemical sector, innovative technologies in crop protection, and global agricultural trends. Notable presentations included India Agchem Outlook 2025 by Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal, AI-Driven Agrochemical R&D by Cmdr(Dr) Reji Kurien Thomas, and Revolutionizing Agriculture with Patented Effervescent Tablet Technology by Dr. Yuvraj Patil.
Industry experts and renowned pesticide scientists also took part in panel discussions on topics such as China Plus Oneand Achieving Residue-Free Integrated Nutrition Management. The event was a vital platform for professionals from across the globe to share insights, build partnerships, and discuss the future of the agrochemical and agri-biological sectors.
