12 July 2021, New Delhi: Agrochemical major Dhanuka Agritech Limited has launched a novel herbicide TORNADO for Indian farmers. It’s a comprehensive solution for weeds in oilseeds crops. The digital launch of the product was done on 10th July 2021.
Indian farmers have been facing huge challenges in crops due to multiple weed growth. These weeds infest crops and compete for moisture, sunlight, and soil. Weeds either give shelter to various insects, pests, and diseases or serve as alternate hosts, while the crop is unable to get proper nutrients. Dhanuka understood this problem and launched TORNADO for the farmers to make their life easy and give complete protection to their crops from unwanted weeds.
TORNADO (Technical: Quizalofop ethyl 7.5% + Imazethapyr 15% EC) is a broad-spectrum herbicide for post-emergence control of Broad-leaf & Narrow-leaf weeds. It has a dual-mode of action and has excellent translocation activity.
